How do I access the FTP server?

Due to security issues with FTP, we cannot offer FTP access at this time.

How do I run CGI scripts?

We don't allow access at this time to a cgi-bin. To get access to a variety of CGI scripts that don't need to be hosted at Above World (ie. they are hosted remotely by a third party), go to Hostedscripts.com . Do you provide secure web ordering (SSL)?

Not at present, but you can get a site that allows secure ordering by clicking here .

Do you support Audio (Real Audio/MP3/WAV) files or Video files?

Do you support Microsoft Frontpage extensions?

Due to the fact that Frontpage severely disrupts server security we can not support it at this time. If you save your pages as regular html pages and upload them they will work fine. If you do require Frontpage support, you can have your site hosted at this site .

Why do you charge for personal technical support?

We charge for this service to allow us to have the technical support personnel available to answer your problems quickly. Unlike web hosting companies that charge $25/month to host your site, we do not have the margin to provide this for free. Other free web host providers claim to provide "free" support, but in reality support requests are often not answered at all and rarely are they answered quickly. We will not undertake to deliver something which we can not deliver.

I registered my domain name with you. How do I move it to a different ISP, or how do I modify my personal info?
